Join us at the 5th Annual 'Be Your Own Hero' Golf Tournament honoring the life and memory of Trevor Kononenko.
Taking place on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Stow Acres Country Club in Stow, MA in support of Active Minds. Singles, doubles, and foursomes golf options are available for registration, as well as, a dinner after the golf event concludes.
Active Minds supports youth and young adults nationwide with the resources and trainings to take action around mental health in their community. Donations made on this webpage are tax-deductible donations to Active Minds. Together, we are championing a new era of mental health!

We remember Trevor through hosting an Annual Memorial Golf Tournament with all of Trevor’s friends, family and friends of friends that helps us keep his spirit alive and benefits mental health charities.
This year, we will be donating the proceeds from the tournament to Active Minds whose mission is to mobilize youth and young adults to lead a transformative movement in mental health, forever changing how it is valued and prioritized in society.
