Let's Move 2021

New year, new you. That’s how it starts every January 1st, right? We all set unrealistic resolutions for ourselves to bring in the New Year. After a year like 2020, we have to be realistic. So, we have the Realistic Resolution for you! Join us to ring in the New Year and accomplish a goal you can be proud of. 

In January of 2021, we are going to be active for a minimum of 20 minutes a day for 21 days. You can walk, run, bike, weight train, swim, hike, or complete any other activity that you enjoy doing! We just want you to take at least 20 minutes out of 21 days in the month to get your body moving. You will have a full 30 days after the day you register to complete your 21 days of activity. This will set you up for success for the rest of 2021 by establishing a strong routine and leaving no room for excuses!
