FSRC Fall Membership Meeting

Please join us for the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, November 7th. The meeting is an opportunity for FSRC to recognize and thank our members for generously volunteering to make our training programs, races, events and operations amazing. The evening will also showcase and highlight key information about our club’s organization and operations. The fun evening will include time to socialize with your fellow runners.

Important items to note:

• Cost to attend
  • The event is free for paid FSRC members and their guests (limit 2 non-member guests).

• Food & Beverage
  • FSRC will provide pizza and water.
  • You are welcome to bring your own adult beverages and other soft drinks.

• Volunteer gifts
  • As a sign of our thanks, gifts will be distributed to those who have volunteered in the past year.
    
    
• Pictures wanted
  • We are collecting pictures of our Club's activities throughout the year. Please send any pictures that we can include in our slideshow at the meeting to: photos@steeplechasers.org.
    
    
• Dress
  • Dress for the meeting is casual.
  • As a way to encourage members to interact and get to know one another better, please wear a shirt from a race that was meaningful to you -  it could be a race that you volunteered for, a race where you achieved a personal goal or perhaps a race from which you have a good story to tell.

Seating at the Delaplaine Arts Center is limited. Make sure to sign up. We look forward to seeing you on November 7th!
