Sheppard Pratt Frederick Turkey Trot

1K fun run/walk start time: 8:00 a.m.

5K run start time: 8:30 a.m.

Race shirts included for all 5K and 1K participants. 

5K Run/Walk:

· Now- August 31: EARLY BIRD $25

· September 1 – October 31: $30

· November 1 – November 24: $35

· November 25- November 27: $40 (Online registration closes November 26, 11:59 p.m. ET; November 27 registration available on-site at packet pickup only)

1K Fun Run/Walk:

If you're picking up packets on behalf others, please make sure to have the participants’ names they registered with and their registration confirmation. There will be no packet pickup or registration on race day.

Packet Shipping:

To select the shipping option, participants need to register by October 28. Those that select the shipping option should expect to receive their bib the week of November 18. If you do not receive your bib by November 22, contact us at turkeytrot@sheppardpratt.org 

Shirts will be mailed separately and may not arrive before race day. 

Awards for the 5K will be given to the top overall male, female, and non-binary winner, as well as the top three male and female runners in the following age groups: 9 & under (new for 2024), 10-12 (new for 2024), 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older
