Race Against Hunger & Homelessness In Laurel, MD

Together this Thanksgiving, we can #FightHunger, #FightHomelessness, and #FosterHope. Since 2004, this Thanksgiving morning tradition has drawn participants from across South Central Maryland and beyond. Each year, runners and walkers of all ages come out in the sun or rain, mild or cold, to support Laurel Advocacy & Referral Services, Inc. (LARS). The event raises money to help our neighbors fend off hunger, combat homelessness and achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Place

The race will begin on 8th St between Emancipation Community Park and Alice B. McCullough Field. Race morning packet pickup and registration will start at 7am in the parking lot by the Sturgis Moore Pavilion. On-site registration is available for $65 and will close at 7:45 am for an on-time 8am start.
