Welcome to the new MCRRC Red, White, and Blue 5K!
Start your Independence Day celebration by running or walking this popular, long-standing Potomac course in celebration of liberty, courage, and togetherness. Parking is located at the Potomac Presbyterian Church (10301 River Road), which is a short walk to the start/finish. All finishers will receive a commemorative cooling towel.
Event Schedule
6:30am - 8:00am Bib/ chip pickup
7:30am Opening ceremony
8:00am 5K start! (please note any participant arriving more than 7 minutes past the start may not be permitted to start due to compliance with road closures)
