Description
It's November 1st! Time to start training to help those in need and get healthy! A lot of us are missing family that we cannot see, but Vaughan and I wanted to put something together to feel a little closer on Thanksgiving. Our family will be running a 5K and donating to our local food bank, so others may have a celebration with food on Thanksgiving too! If you would like to run or walk any part of a 5K, or the whole thing, please join us in our efforts to bring our community together and help those in need.
