Description

STORM THE CASTLE! There is FUN in the FALL at the City of Westminster Recreation and Parks' annual mile run series. This series benefits the Westminster Family Fitness Center that serves as a staple in the community and brings us all together in our desire to be healthy!

STORM THE CASTLE SERIES
Fallfest Mile: 1-Mile Run/Walk on Thursday, September 25th at 6:55PM
Spooky Sprint: 1-Mile Run/Walk on Saturday, October 25th at 2:55PM
Jingle Bell Run: 1-Mile Run/Walk on Saturday, November 29th at 4:55PM

What's included with your registration?
Every participant will receive a unique t-shirt with the STORM THE CASTLE logo, post-race refreshments, and awards ceremony. Plus, stay after the race to enjoy our fall special events (Fallfest, Spooky Saturday, and the Miracle on Main Street Electric Parade).

Awards:
Awards for top male and female finishers in the following age brackets (11-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60+), costume prizes in the following categories: Best Homemade Costume, Best Family Costume, and Best Themed Costume for the Season (Fall, Halloween, or Holiday), and lastly finishers medals for all children 10 years of age and younger!

Course:
Fallfest Mile & Jingle Bell Run Course: Race starts at the intersection of Hersh Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue, moves down Pennsylvania Avenue to Main Street, east on Main Street to Longwell Avenue, ending on Paide Way/The Armory & City Park entrance.
Spooky Sprint Course: Race starts at Locust Lane and Main Street (in front of Library) and finishes in City Park.

Fallfest Mile Run: Packet Pickup: Sept 24th 8am-8pm and Sept 25th 8am-Noon.
Spooky Sprint: Packet Pickup: Oct 24th 8am-8pm and Oct 25th 8am-Noon.
Jingle Bell Run: Packet Pickup: Nov 26th 8am-8pm, Nov 28th 8am-1pm and Nov 29th 8am-Noon.
