Henry's Crusade for Kim

Come join us for the 5th annual 5k run, one mile walk, and kids fun run to help raise money to end epilepsy!  Kids fun run begins at 10:00am.  The 5k and one mile walk will begin at 10:30am. 

This event was inspired by our youngest son who had his first seizure the summer of 2019.  He had a long journey with over 20 seizures in less than a year span.  Throughout that time my husband and I always tried to find a "silver lining" with every episode and challenge that happened within the journey.  This event is our silver lining and also our way to give back to others who have fought and are fighting the same battle!

This year Henry Crusade will be in honor of our dear friend Kim Charland.  Kim lost her batter to breast cancer this past spring.  Kim's life was full of cheering on others and helping anyway that she can.  For anyone who has been fortunate enough to have met Kim knows that Kim was the silver lining in life!

This year the proceeds will go to two places, the New England Epilepsy Foundation and a scholarship that will be set up in Kim's name (scholarship is still in the works).  Anyone wishing to make a donation directly to the Epilepsy Foundation please use the link below:
