Last year, your incredible generosity and dedication helped us raise $68,000 in support of the Aroostook House of Comfort! The mission of this exciting event is to raise funds for the Aroostook House of Comfort, promote community awareness, and celebrate the lives of those impacted by hospice. This year promises to be even more meaningful as we come together to walk, reflect, and celebrate with cherished family members, friends, and colleagues.

Registration Fee: $25
Children (12 & under) donations accepted
All participants, including children, must be registered individually or as part of a team. Preregistration is not required, but is strongly encouraged to help ensure a smooth event experience.
Registration will remain open through the morning of the event.
Each participant will receive a 2026 commemorative medal as a keepsake!

“We can't think of a better way to honor Dr. David Jones than to dedicate the Annual Hospice Walk in his memory. He provided dedicated, compassionate care to hospice patients in the county from 2005 until his death in October 2023 as the Hospice Medical Director. He provided medical care for hospice patients at home for several years and then at the Aroostook House of Comfort once it was built. He supported the hospice house wholeheartedly, believing it would make a huge difference in the comfort and care of our loved ones at the end of their lives when they are most vulnerable. He was and remains well-respected for his numerous contributions to health care, both by the local communities and statewide. He loved all aspects of nature and participated in the very first Walk for Hospice.
