Friday, September 9th come out and challenge yourself this year to a Cross Country race! This friendly trail run is a unique 5k that is great for anyone from weekend warriors to recreational joggers. Bring the family and enjoy this fun community event as we promote running, cross country, community, and healthy lifestyles!
This September, on the DeWitt Cross Country course, join us for the Annual Kellie Sebrell XC Classic, a Playmakers series race event. Our mission is to inspire those to utilize this trail as a community and maintain it for those local athletes, walkers, and runners who already do!
The race is held in the memory of Kellie Sebrell. Kellie was a DeWitt High School runner who epitomized the spirit of competitiveness and the heart of runners everywhere. Kellie passed away unexpectedly in August of 1999. Proceeds from this event will benefit the DeWitt Cross Country Program.
There will be an early packet pick up Thursday September 8th 6:00pm-8:00pm @ DeWitt High School Parking Lot (South Lot near the main entrance to the High School)
Race Day Packet Pick Up: DeWitt High School from 4:00PM - 6:00PM
T-SHIRT: All 5K and Kids XC mile registrants receive a t-shirt.
