Good Form Running is a clinic presented by experienced coaches that will lead participants through video gait review, instructions on the four points of Good Form Running, and tips and tricks to maintaining the GFR technique. With a focus on proper mechanics, Good Form Running aims to help runner of all ages and abilities achieve faster, more efficient, and injury free running!
