Description
Running 101 is an opportunity to look at running in a new light. We will go over a variety of information for all levels of runners, including beginners, in an easy to relate to format. Topics include: training methods – Galloway, Higdon, Daniels and McMillan models, how to determine the “right” shoe for you, stay comfortable with apparel for all weather, injury prevention and strength training. We will end each session with an opportunity to ask questions about your training.
