Saint Mary Apple Classic 5K

About This Event:

NEW LOCATION FOR 2018:  Verhage Vintage Fruit Farms & Cider Mill

Run, walk, or skip your way through scenic Verhage Fruit Farm’s beautiful apple orchard trails.  The 5k will be timed and we will also have a 1-mile kids fun run for the little ones.  Bubbles, silly string and fun obstacles make this run a fun challenge!  Come out and help us support the children of St. Mary School of Paw Paw run the race for a brighter education.    After the race, explore Verhage Fruit Farm and Cider Mill during their Apple Fest celebration! Donuts, treats, cider, kids activities and vendors!

Event Times: 

• 8:00 am - 8:45 am Packet Pickup and Same Day Registration
• 8:45 am  Proceed to start line
• 9:00 am  Race begins
• 10:00 am  Awards Ceremony
• 10:00 am  Kid's 1 mile Fun Run
• 11:00 am  Course closes/ Event ends

Registration Fees:   

• $15 Children ages 4-12
• $30 Early Registration (now through August 31)
• $35 Late Registration (September 1 – September 27) **Online Registration Ends on September 27 (11:59 pm)
• $35 Same Day Registration
• $5 Discount for Kalamazoo Area Runners
• $5 Kids 1 mile Fun Run (*Additional $5 for kid's fun run tee shirts)
• Kid's Fun Run includes running through bubbles, silly string, and other fun obstacles

Registration Includes:

Awards: 

Top 3 finishers for the following categories

• Top 3 in the Children's category ages 4-12  
• Top 3 Female finishers
• Top 3 Male finishers

Restrictions:

• Strollers please stay on the far right during the run/walk event
• NO pets please

Tee Shirts:

To be guaranteed a tee shirt, registration must be completed before September 16th (11:59 pm).  A limited amount of extra tee shirts will be ordered but will be available on a "First Come First Serve" basis during packet pickup (race day).
