Bootjack Fun Run 9.06K

Welcome to the 6th Annual BJFR!!! 🥳🫶🏼🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Created by friends for friends, the annual 9.06K Bootjack Fun Run is a 'move at your own pace' run/walk geared towards all ages and abilities. This is a dog-friendly event for friendly dogs, with leashes, please.  

Race day is Saturday, August 10, 2024 (2nd Sat in Aug).

Feature races are:

• 9.06k Run
• 9.06k Walk
• Mini906 Run/Walk (runners and walkers start together) 
• 0.906k Supermini (.56 mi that you can run, walk or gallop - for kids and kids at heart!) 😀

The race will start and end at the Dreamland Restaurant & Bar. The course is 9.06 kilometers (approx. 5.64 miles) and is situated on the wooded, paved road along beautiful Portage Lake in Lake Linden, MI. All proceeds will be donated to the Bootjack First Responders. This is a rain or shine event and refunds will not be permitted. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, shirts will be available at the Dreamland Restaurant until September 1, 2024, and all proceeds will still be donated to the Bootjack First Responders. Registration is open. T-shirts are guaranteed only to those who register online by July 24, 2024.

• Now through Aug 7 | Online registration 
• Pre-registration available in person at the Dreamland Restaurant on Friday, August 9 from 5:00-8:00 pm.
• Same day registration at the Dreamland starting at 8:00 am.
• *Note-T-shirts are only guaranteed to those that register by July 22, 2024.

• 8:30am |9.06k Run (5.6 miles)
• 8:45am | 9.06 Walk (5.6 miles)
• 9:00am | Mini906 Run and Walk 4.53k (2.8 miles) *Walkers and Runners start together.
• 10:00am | Super-Mini 0.906K (.56 miles)

Door prizes will be drawn at 9am and winners will be posted at the Dreamland. Prizes can be pickup up at the conclusion of each race. Must be present to win.
