Healthy Distance Running 101 and Race Prep with Ultramarathoner Krissy Moehl

Playmakers, with the support of Pro-Tec, is welcoming Krissy Moehl for a Healthy Distance Running 101 and Race Prep Clinic for those participating in an upcoming spring marathon, half marathon, and other goal events! Following this clinic, Krissy will host an interactive foam rolling clinic! 

Kristin "Krissy" Moehl is an American ultramarathon athlete who specializes in trail running. In 2005, Moehl became the youngest woman to complete the Grand Slam of Ultrarunning, which included a gold medal at the Vermont 100 Mile Endurance Run.
