Race To The Tomb has been Cancelled
Being mindful of our community and the group meeting guidelines set before us, we have decided to cancel our 2020 Race To The Tomb. We're bummed too! Thank you for your patience with us as we navigate this process.

Description
The race takes place at New Hope Community Church and proceeds from the event will go to Habitat for Humanity - Grand Traverse Region.
Voted "Best New Race" in 2017 by the Traverse City Track Club, The Race to the Tomb is a beautiful 5k course mostly on paved roads, with a quick journey through a cherry orchard on a hard packed surface. At the finish, racers will end “at the tomb.” Walkers are welcome!
Sorry, dogs will not be allowed at the race due to running on private property through Cherry Orchards.
All participants are guaranteed a wicking shirt if they register on line before 11:59 pm March 25, 2020. The price will be $25.00 until Feb 1st at 11:59pm. Feb 2nd through March 25th the price will be $30.
For those registering between March 26, 2020 and the close of on-line registration on March 31st, the price will be $35 but will not be guaranteed a shirt.
For those registering at packet pick up, the price will be $38 but will not be guaranteed a shirt.
TCTC Members get $5 off their entry automatically! (Using your same RunSignUp account as your membership).
Post-race snacks will be provided.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.

Awards
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male / female, top 1 masters (50-59) male / female, and top 1 grand masters (60+) male/female. The top 3 finishers (male and female) in each age group will also receive an award. There will not be separate awards for walkers.
*If you are an overall, masters, or grand masters winner you will not also receive an age group award (no double-dipping). The next person in the age group will move up.
Age groups are: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
