Description
Nordic North Stars Fall Movement and Agility session start Monday, September 23rd. Session length is 5 weeks with the 6th week as a make up session. The 5 weeks will comprise of all foot sessions (no mountain biking). Each session will include movement, agility and strength. New this year, we will introduce the basics of orienteering. Duluth is a great place to try this sport. We will also move like a skier in two sessions to get us ready for the upcoming nordic ski season. Ages 8 to 13.
Nordic North Stars Fall Roller Skiing sessions start Wednesday, September 18th. Ages 10 to 14. Three years of winter, on snow skiing strongly suggested. Please check website for further requirements; www.nordicnorthstars.com
Equipment needed for Agility and Movement: Running or hiking shoes - NO sandals or rubber boots. Short classic length poles.
Equipment needed for Roller Skiing: Skate roller ski boots, skate length poles, helmet, gloves and roller skis, if you own them. We provide roller skis at all sessions.
