Description

Tired of being isolated at home?  Frustrated with the pandemic?  Then here's your chance to get out (or stay in) and get some exercise!  The Grand Guardian Council of MN Job's Daughters is hosting 3 Virtual Races.  This is your chance to get out and enjoy the outdoors - at an appropriate "Social Distance", of course! All races can be completed at your own pace - walk, run, stroll, skip - whatever makes you happy! You can complete it all at once or track your distance over the duration of the event. Post a picture of you doing the race using the hashtag #JDI5K so we can share in your adventures.

The 6 Feet 5K is for Daughters and Bees only. They must be between the ages of 8-20.  Call it recess for those that are doing distance learning.  The cost for this race is $10 and 50% of the proceeds will be going to HIKE.  HIKE (Hearing Improvement Kids Endowment Fund) is the philanthropic project of Job's Daughters International.

The Toilet Paper Trot 5K is for those that want to put in some miles, but 10K is too much. The cost for this virtual 5K is $15.

The Social Distance 10K is for those who REALLY want to get of the house and log some miles.   The cost for this virtual Race is $25.

Finish your race by the last day of MNJDI Annual Grand Session, June 14, 2020 and you will earn a finisher medallion.  Proceeds from these races will help the GGC  support all of the Bethels of Minnesota.

Thank you for participating in the Virtual Races and helping the Job's Daughters of Minnesota to become strong and confident young women.
