Description
The Tiger Prowl 1 Mile & 5k is a fundraiser supporting the Tech Cross Country team.
Event proceeds will be donated to the Tech Cross Country Booster Club!
The Tiger Prowl 1 Mile & 5k is an event with two races, both finishing in the Tech Football Stadium.
8:00am - Packet Pick-up begins
9:00am - 1 Mile race begins
9:30am - 5k race begins
Race Information
These two races are open to runners of all ages and will highlight the beautiful St. Cloud Tech campus.
1 Mile Race Course
Start at the 50 yard line on the Tech football stadium, run a half mile north on the school entrance, turn around and finish where you started!
5k Race Course
Starting from the west entrance to Tech, runners will go south down 74, and into Hidden Acres Circle.
Going clockwise in Hidden Acres Circle, runners will get back on 74, go north to 33rd St, run east on the sidewalk back to the Tech entrance and run the last half mile south finishing on the 50 yard line of the football stadium.

Race registration for both races for athletes 17 and under has special pricing and is only $10 until the end of April!
Race Shirts are NOT included with your registration fee. They can be purchased during registration.
Pre-Race Stretching
One of our race sponsors, Shanti Yoga Center, will have a teacher on site leading a pre-race stretch session 20 minutes before race time.
We have had this at previous Running Tangents events and it has had very positive feedback.
