Competitive Wave: 10:00 am Start
Males: 5:30 min/mile or faster (predicted finish time)
Female: 7:30 min/mile or faster (predicted finish time)
Community & Kid's Wave*: 10:15 am Start (Walk or run, Kid's race)
Kids 12 & under run free in the 1 mile event.
The Brave Challenge
Participants run both the 5K and the 1 Mile. Report to start line with the 5K participants for 8:30 am start.

Our goal for our Live Brave Events is awesome community involvement that raises awareness for eating disorders and drives support for prevention and treatment programs. We care about our community and understand the benefits that exercise has on not only our physical health but our mental health as well. Race donations will go directly to the newly-formed Live Brave Fund, a part of the Woodbury Community Foundation, and be dispersed to local non-profit organizations that advocate for eating disorders and the mental health of our youth population (including www.withall.org).
Place
Parking
There are three main parking areas at our Live Brave Event Site. Please refer to the map. We recommend parking at Valley Crossing Elementary School. From there it is a short walk to our main race site. The other lots off of the Valley Creek Road entrance will fill fast.
Packet Pickup
We highly encourage you to pick up your bib, shirt and swag bag prior to race day!
Packet Pickup will be at the TC Running Store: 779 Bielenberg Dr., Woodbury, MN 55125. (651) 202-3992

Friday, August 9th from 4-7 pm
