Do I have to run the miles? No! All miles count! Any miles ran or walked can be used to count toward your goal. And walkers are welcome to participate too!
Do I have to use a special app? Nope! You'll enter your miles in on the results page, but how you track your miles (garmin, strava, by hand, treadmill, etc.) is up to you!
Where is this race? This race is virtual, so you can perform your miles any where and any time you choose
What material are the shirts? Shirts are 100% cotton. They are Ring Spun cotton which creates a super soft and light weight feel which fits more like a 50/50 blend. The upgraded shirts are Next Level brand Tri-Blend which is even softer and provides better wicking properties than regular cotton.
