Trinona

Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic race courses. Swim beneath the Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, then head out for some country cycling, finishing with a flat, fast run along beautiful Lake Winona and ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell.

We also offer a run - bike - run Duathlon that will follow our Sprint run and bike courses.

New for 2024! We are offering two Aquabike events. We will have a Short Course race that will follow our Sprint swim and Bike routes and an Intermediate Course race that will follow the International Swim and Bike routes.

• International Course - .93 mile swim | 21.6 mile bike | 6.2 mile run
• Sprint Course - .25 mile swim | 11 mile bike | 3.1 mile run
• Duathlon - 3.1 mile run | 11 mile bike | 3.1 mile run
• Aqubike International Course - .93 mile swim | 21.6 mile bike
• Aquabike Sprint Course - .25 mile swim | 11 mile bike

SATURDAY, JUNE 8

• 2:00 PM - EXPO/PACKET PICK-UP AT LAKE WINONA BANDSHELL
• 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM ATHLETE COURSE TALK AT THE BANDSHELL - Required for all participants!
• 6:00 PM - PACKET PICK-UP CLOSES
   

SUNDAY, JUNE 9

• 5:00 AM - TRANSITION OPENS FOR ALL EVENTS -You may not enter until you have your bib #! Athletes ONLY- No spectators allowed in transition!
• 5:00 AM - RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP OPENS
• 6:45 AM - INTERNATIONAL TRANSITION CLOSES
• 7:00 AM - INTERNATIONAL AND AQUBIKE INTERNATIONAL WAVES START
• 7:30 AM - MASS START FOR DUATHLON
• 7:45 AM - RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP CLOSES
• 7:45 AM - SPRINT TRANSITION CLOSES
• 8:00 AM - SPRINT AND AQUABIKE SPRINT WAVES START
• 10:30 AM - POST-RACE MEAL & AWARDS - This is an estimated time. May vary based on results availability.

Age restrictions 

- Participants must reach the age of 18 by 12/31/2024 to participate in the International and International Aquabike Divisions. 

-Participants must reach the age of 16 by 12/31/2024 to participate in the Sprint, Duathlon and Aquabike Sprint Divisions.
