Description
Race through the beauty of the prairie at the Prairie State Park Stampede! This 5K trail race will take you on the Drover's Trail where you will run through native prairie grasses and wildflowers in an area that is home to a wild bison herd! The race begins and ends at the Regal Tallgrass Nature Center. (Don't worry, the bison will be out of the area for the race.) Refreshments will be available after the race, and awards will be presented to top finishers in each age division, and overall finishers.
