Sponsors and Charity Partners
Frostbite Series is brought to you by St Louis Track Club and sponsored by SSM Health Physical Therapy. SSM Health Physical Therapy partners with patients to heal, relieve pain and get back to the things that are important.
A portion of each registration for the Frostbite Series goes to this year’s charitable partner, Carney’s Kids Foundation. The mission of Carney’s Kids is to enhance the quality of children’s lives by providing educational assistance, improving the environments of children living outside a family home, supporting families in need, and providing disadvantaged children with pathways to their own potential.
Weather Policy and Cancellation
Races will be held rain, snow, or shine and will not be cancelled except in the case of severe weather or unsafe road/course conditions. Less threatening conditions may cause alterations of the course or race day activities to ensure participant, volunteer, and community safety.
Refunds
The St. Louis Track Club is a nonprofit organization and all net proceeds are used to further the SLTC’s mission in the community. As such, no refunds or credits will be given in case of cancellation due to weather.
Charity Shoe Drive
Throughout the Frostbite Series, we will be collecting athletic shoes, any condition, to benefit our scholarship fund. So, clean out your closets, and bring any old shoes to the registration table in a bag. We'll do the rest!
