Extra Table is excited to announce the March of the Mayors is BACK for 2023 in the Pinebelt Region.
What is the MARCH OF THE MAYORS?
Extra Table is harnessing a little bit of that Mardi Gras spirit for the greater good. Our mission is to feed our food-insecure neighbors through a partnership of Mayors, hence the ‘March of the Mayors.'

The March of the Mayors is a 4-week-long event, driven by donations of specific food items, that will benefit Extra Table’s partner food pantries. Each participating city is collecting one specific food item that will be dropped off at different select locations. Food collection lasts for 4 weeks with a final box-packing party where LOTS of volunteers are needed. ALL FOOD collected in the Pinebelt Region will stay in the Pinebelt Region going directly to Extra Table’s partner food pantries!
