This Challenge will Kick Start you into the New Year with a purpose! 17 Days = 17 Workouts!
How It Works:
Selected a participant category - that category will determine how many mins a day you will do your workout for the 17 days
Once you have selected the category it can not be change..... Go ahead... Challenge Yourself... it's only for 17 days!
Beginner 15-20mins
Intermediate 25-30mins
Experienced 35+ mins
At the top of this webpage there is a RESULT tab. Starting on January 15th Record (submit) your workouts daily under the Result tab!
Activities that you can choose from on the result submission page:
Biking Inside/Outside, HIIT Class home or gym, Hiking, Marital Arts, Rower, Run, Swim, Walk, Weightlifting and Yoga.
You will earn badges for competing each workout. Everyone who records their workout for each of the 17 days is eligible for the prize drawings! AND.... THERE JUST MIGHT BE A SUPER LUCKY BADGE THAT CAN BE REDEEMED FOR A GIFT. Let me know when you have earned it!
