Four for the Fourth

Join Run Wild Missoula and the Runner’s Edge for some virtual Star-Spangled Fourth of July Fun! Complete a four-mile run or walk anywhere and anytime on Saturday, July 4, 2020. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Missoula Food Bank.  

Prize Categories

• Fast Four Mile: Go out and test yourself! How fast can you walk or run the 4-mile distance? We will award the fastest male & female  4 mile runners gift cards to the Runner's Edge.
• Steep Four Mile: How much vert can you rack up over the course of 4 miles?  Complete a 4-mile run or hike and see how much elevation gain you can get out of it.  The course can be wherever and whatever you choose.  Participants that complete over 1,000 feet of climbing in 4 miles will be entered to win gift certificates to Big Dipper Ice Cream.  We will randomly select 4 lucky winners.
• Yankee Doodle Four Mile: We challenge you to get creative and give us your best Strava Artwork.  Shape the route of your walk or run in something Fourth of July themed.  Whether you draw a firecracker, a flag, or George Washington, any participant in this category will be entered to win a gift card to Big Sky Brewery.
• Early Bird Special: Get up and get after it.  It doesn't matter when you finish as long as you start your 4 mile run or walk between 4:00 - 4:30 A.M.  Anyone who completes this challenge will be eligible to win a gift certificate to Black Coffee Roasting Co.
