A week of crash training and skills to get ready for the season. Are you behind?! No worries, we all are. Dedicate two hours of your day every day this week to figuring out your cx plan and getting fit. I will be the lead instructor and running the week. I'll invite a different guest to come along and help out every day. This week is not just for youth, this is designed for everyone. I'd say 12 and Under would need special permission from MTCX.
PACKING LIST: An appropriately fitted bike-- can be a mountain bike or CX/Gravel bike. A helmet that fits properly-- tight, with functional latch, without any dents. Two water bottles, a pocket snack.
