The Katie Bunch Memorial 5k Run/Walk

3rd Annual The Katie Bunch Memorial 5k Run/Walk will take place on September 25, 2021 at Memorial Park in Asheboro. This event was created to provide funds to go toward the Katie Bunch Servant Leader Scholarship at Asheboro High School.

Bunch Memorial 5k on September 25, 2021

•Registration for in-person event and virtual will be open until September 25th. 
•To be guaranteed a t-shirt with registration, you must register no later than September 9th. 
•Registration will be open starting at 7:15 the morning of September 25, 2021 until the start of the race. 
•Pre-registration to pick up bibs/shirts/bags will be on September 24th at the upper shelter of Memorial Park from 5-7pm. 
•Race starts at 8:15am on September 25th, starting right above the parking lot of Memorial Park. 
•Competitive Runner’s- you will have the opportunity to compete with those that also signed up under this category. At this time, only the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placing Male and Females will receive an awesome Medal🏅We have a small number signed up under this category right now! Thank you to The Trophy Shop for donating! 
•We will have refreshments available for all participants, as well as a drawing for some pretty awesome donations, stay after you finish if you can! 
•There is a volunteer sign up form if you are interested in volunteering the day before or the day of. 

Wilson Timing Company will be our official timer for this race
