In response to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidance, the 2021 Woodfin 5K has been Canceled. We look forward to seeing you in 2022.
For those registered for the 2020 5K - please let us know if you would like to DONATE your 2020 entry fee OR if you would like a REFUND. There will be No Deferrals to the 2022 5K.
Please make your selection below by Monday March 8th. Any funds that remain "unclaimed" will be Donated to the Woodfin Elementary School.

We are looking forward to another successful race! The course rolls through some of the hills of Woodfin, making it a beautiful run and a good challenge as we hope to encourage healthy choices within our community.
In coordination with Woodfin Elementary School , Woodfin Elementary School PTO, The Town of Woodfin, The Woodfin YMCA , New Life Community Church, ThisIsWoodfin.com and many other fine friends of Woodfin Elementary School.
Students Run for Free: Registration for Kids 11 & Under is FREE and even included a race t-shirt. We ask that they do register online. A $0.00 balance will be shown in the Cart at the end of the Registration Process. No coupon codes are required.
Race Day Raffle and Grub! Buy a bunch here on-line or bring some extra $$$ dollars for authentic Latino food, fun activities for the kids and your chance to win raffle prizes--bikes, sports equipment, restaurant gift certificates and more!

Don't feel like running but still want to join the fun? We welcome you to Join the Volunteer Team. There are a bunch of pre-race projects and race day tasks we need help with - registration, course marshals, bouncy house tester, etc. The day starts at 7:00am with breakfast and coffee in the WES cafeteria. We have enabled all Woodfin Elementary School students run for FREE [They must register to do so.] In exchange for this freebie we encourage them to raise funds for their school by finding sponsors.
Well.... how do you get elementary school kids motivated to raise $$$? Easy! The class that raises the most funds wins a Pizza Party in their classroom!! Now we're talking!!!
Below is a list of the Teams - named for each teacher. To make a donation to your student's class Team - ask them who their teacher is and then click on the corresponding link. Your donation will be credited to their Team.

You’ll be refunded $2.50 for each friend who registers online using your unique link. One friend signs up = $2.50. Two = $5.00 Etc. Continue until your registration becomes FREE!.
Funds will be refunded, within 3-4 business day, to the credit card used for the initial registration.
Note: The intial registration processing fee will not be refunded, you can not go below $0, refunds will not apply to Add-Ons or Purchases.
