High Country United Way Spring Into Summer Virtual Fun Run & 5K

High Country United Way is facilitating its first Virtual Fun Run & 5K the week of Summer Solstice in the High Country of North Carolina. The Virtual Fun Run & 5K will take place June 12th - June 19th, 2021. Because this a Virtual race, you may run when and where you like in the High Country of North Carolina, or anywhere your heart desires. Runners will be able to upload their race times and share photos virtually! T-shirts and race packets will be distributed safely to all registrants. High Country United Way supports and funds 19 local nonprofits and programs. Our latest Community Impact project is focusing on distributing food pantry and pink items to the local community colleges in the High Country! Proceeds from this event/race will fund our Community Impact project and nonprofits in our local community! REGISTER BY MAY 25TH TO GUARANTEE YOUR T-SHIRT SIZE!
