Exercise for X and Ys: 4K Run/Walk to Raise Awareness for Chromosomal Variations

Join The Focus Foundation in raising awareness about X and Y chromosomal variations! This event will feature a 4K Run/Walk, DeXY's Fun Run for young participants, and a Virtual 4K for our friends around the world! Runners will participate in a 4K run/walk along the beautiful Pumpkin Loop in the Carolina North Forest in Chapel Hill.

The event is meant for anyone and everyone and is organized to provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere for all participants. The event will promote awareness of children affected by X and Y chromosomal variations and will allow the community to learn about and discuss these disorders!

The DeXY's Fun Run will begin at 7:35AM followed by the 4K at 8:00AM. All participants will receive a medal. Free parking will be available on Municipal Drive in Chapel Hill courtesy of Carolina North Forest Management.

Carolina North Forest Management has the right to postpone the event if, in their opinion, the trail conditions will not be able to withstand impacts associated with the event. This decision may be made at any time up to and including the day of the event. In the event of a reschedule, an alternate date will be announced on or before the scheduled race day.
