Town Brewing Road Race Canceled
We sadly announce that we have no choice but to cancel the race. The Stewart Creek Greenway is closed and will not be available for use this Saturday. We had been given assurances from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Parks & Rec that the construction would be complete by race date. However, this has not happened, and we cannot get a permit to run on the streets.
A full refund, including all processing fees, will be issued this week.
We are very sorry we cannot have this race.

Description
The Town Brewing Road Race is back and part of Town Brewing's Anniversary celebration!
Join us for a flat and beautiful 2-mile or 4-mile course, then celebrate with a cold one at Town Brewing! The fun and festivities will continue all day with live, music, vendors, and good times.
The race is capped at 350 total participants. Waves will take off every 10 minutes begining at 9AM and ending at 10AM. (Choose your start time when you register.) Both the race cap and waved start are in place to allow for ample space on the Greenway.
Your finish time is available as soon as you cross the finish line. Awards will be presented at 11 AM to allow for all participants to finish.
Bonus those doing the 4 mile can double dip in awards/finish placement! How? Register for the 4 miler and you will be auto entered in both the 2 mile and 4 mile. You run the 4 mile race but your 2 mile split will count in the 2 mile finish rankings and awards. Your 4 mile total time is entered in the 4 mile finish times and awards! How fun, right?!
