Falcon 5K

The Mack D. Foundation, Inc. is hosting the 3rd Annual FALCON 5K in conjunction with the Godwin-Falcon Community Day on Saturday, September 17, 2016. Profits from the 5K event will go to support the Mack D. Foundation, Inc. which provides Patient Assistance & Scholarships to area residents, along with supporting The Lung Cancer Initiative of NC. At the conclusion of the 5K event there are scheduled activities at the Falcon Park, beginning with a parade at 10:00 am followed by music, vendors and food.

Fees
Early registration: Single Entry $30. Group Entry (5 or more participants) $25 per person (List Group Name) Early Registration ends September 2, 2016.
Day of event: Single Entry $35. Group Entry $30 per person.

Event T-shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registrants entered by September 2, 2016. There will be a limited quantity of shirts available for all other participants. Sizes: Youth Large, Adult Small, Med, Large, XL, XXL.

Awards to the top 3 Male and Female overall and to the top 3 male & female in each age group listed below:
12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
