Race Description: The 16th Annual John E. Norman Cinco de Mayo 10K & 5K Road Race is bringing you the fastest flat certified USA Track & Field courses in Fayetteville passing through the most famous land marks in Fayetteville such as, the Market House, the Dogwood Trail, Airborne and Special Operations Museum, Freedom Park, Transportation Museum and numerous local churches, all starting and ending at the Medical Arts Center.
Race Amenities: The John E. Norman Cinco de Mayo event is Fayetteville’s best kept secret road race, every year, over 800 runners take part of this signature event and battle for cash prizes; the Cinco de Mayo family also likes to bring Air Castles Climbing Walls for kids, free Mexican food (Steak Fajitas & Tamales), Believe me.. It is one of a kind event that by the time it is over you can’t wait for the following year.
