The 7th annual Dream Run 5K is presented by Manna University* and the Manna Dream Center.** Both of these non-profit organizations have a passion for people in their community and around the world.

That's why we're excited that a portion of the profits of this event will go towards student scholarships at Manna University and local community projects with the Manna Dream Center.

This a great event for the whole family. This year we are excited to add a Kid's Fun Run 1K! Join us at this event and Connect to a Bigger Dream as we raise awareness for these two local non-profit organizations. Manna University has a dream to educate, equip, and empower emerging leaders to change the world! The Manna Dream Center has a dream to reach people with the love of Christ by meeting both their physical and spiritual needs! What is your dream?

Certified 5k route in downtown Fayetteville, NC
Saturday, September 16, 2023
7:00-7:25am Same Day Registration and Packet Pickup for Fun Run 1K
7:30am Fun Run 1K Begins
7:00-7:45am Same Day Registration and Packet Pickup for Dream Run 5K
8:00am Dream Run 5K Begins
9:00am 5K Award Ceremony

Fees

Individual Runner/Walker: $35.00
Runner/ Walker ages 6-13: $25.00
Fun Run 1K ages 4-9 - $15.00 ($10 for additional siblings)

Family of 5 or more - $25 each registrant (for in-person and virtual 5k events; for virtual runners, all items will be sent to one location)
Non-family Groups of 7 or more - $30 per registrant (for in-person and virtual 5k events; for virtual runners, all items will be sent to one location)

**Group registration deal>>
Every non-family group of at least 7 registrants, the team captain receives a FREE Manna U hoodie (deal for BOTH in-person and virtual 5k events; sizes adult small through XL).

*Children in strollers will not be included in the averaged time for that group/family
*Shirts are guaranteed with registration until August 28th

VIRTUAL RACE OPTION
Can't make it for the race in person, but still want the sweet swag?  You're in luck!  We will have a virtual option for this 5k race.

Here's how it works:
1. Register for the virtual race. Pricing is the same as in-person race. Please register by 8/28 to be guaranteed a T-shirt.
2. Run the race distance when it's convenient for you.
3. Get your swag in the mail.
It's that easy!
Shirt, bib, and some other sweet swag will be mailed to you, and the top male and female virtual runners will receive a virtual top prize! Also, if you post proof of your run on our social media page we will email you a digital finisher certificate. (To be entered into a chance to win a top prize, runners must prove their distance and pace.)

Medals and Prizes

Top overall male and female runners as well as the top male and female runners of each age group (top overall male and female will be taken out of their age category) will receive prizes. Medals will be given to all participating in the Kids Fun Run 1K. More medals TBD.

Group Categories

The categories for group prizes include the following (for live 5k only):
- fastest group
- fastest family
- largest present Manna Church group site 

(Fastest groups will be calculated by averaging the total times of all participants in that group.)

Packet Pickup

You can sign in and pickup your race packets either:
1. The day before the race--Friday, September 15th at Manna Dream Center from 5-7pm in our drive thru pickup OR
2. The day of the race Saturday, September 16 from 7:00-7:25am for the 1K and 7:00-7:45am for the 5K.

Day before Pick-Up and day of Check-In will BOTH be located at Manna Dream Center at 336 Ray Ave. Fayetteville, NC

*Manna University is a biblical higher education institution dedicated to educating, equipping, and empowering emerging leaders to change the world.  

**The  Manna Dream Center is part of the Dream Center network and is committed to reaching people with the love of Christ by meeting both their physical and spiritual needs. The Manna Dream Center serves our Fayetteville/Fort Bragg community in many ways. Our Dream Center Warehouse services disaster relief aid, backpack buddies and a food pantry, Our Ray Ave location houses the food and diaper pantry, a portable shower, laundry services, and benevolence. There are weekly addiction recovery and grief groups at the Ray Ave site. At the DC Shelter on Person St we serve lunch five days a week to those experiencing food insecurity and partner with the City of Fayetteville to provide a men’s shelter at the location.
