Before the race.

• Raceday packet pickup will run from 630-715AM.
• Please park in the identified locations and walk down to the park.
• Faster runners upfront.
• Porta potties will be available.
• Race starts at 730AM.

During the race.

• There are very few turns on this out and back route.
• There will be directional arrows and spray chalk on the ground at intersections and turns.
• If you are walking, please try to stay on the sidewalks as much as possible.
• There will be a water point at mile 1 and mile 2. Make sure to thank them for their support.
• Follow directions of course volunteers and Police. 
• Have a good time and encourage everyone around you! You will do great!

After the race.

• Grab some water and celebrate with some high fives.
