SJ SAAPM 40 Mile Virtual Run Challenge

In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM), the SAPR team at Seymour-Johnson AFB, NC will be holding a free 40 mile Virtual Run Challenge. From 1 April to 30 April, registrants will need to complete 40 miles and track their progress using the "submit virtual results" link. Registrants may run outside or use a treadmill. During the race, there will be a milestone at the 10, 20, 30, and 40 mile mark that will give facts relating to Sexual Assault.

Prizes (duffle bag filled with goodies to include a gift card) will be awarded to Men and Women who place 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for the fastest pace during the 40 miles. Proof of run times (ex. Map My Run screenshot) will need to be emailed to the race director before prizes are sent out. The race director will contact the winners, so no need to send screenshots unless asked. 

There will be finisher medals given to the first 10 registrants who complete the challenge AND did not win a prize. Medal recipients must meet all criteria .
