Carpe Diem & Carpe Noctem: Seize the Day & Seize the Night! Our Carpe Diem Carpe Noctem Half Marathon & 10K has been hosted in Michigan since 2016 and for the first time ever, we are opening up a virtual registration option for 2020! What better time than now to remember to seize the day and seize the night!
What makes this event truly unique is that we challenge our participants to complete a half marathon or 10k in the morning (Carpe Diem) and a half marathon or 10k in the evening (Carpe Noctem) on the SAME day! Not quite ready for doubling up? That's fine we have an awesome medal for just doing the daytime, or nighttime event!
We have a day medal for the morning section and a night medal for the evening section. When you participate in both events, day and night, your medals connect. For our virtual registration, you will receive both medals! While we challenge you to continue the tradition of completing both events on the same day, we also want to give you the flexibility to complete the events when it works best in your schedule.

Schedule
Your virtual run(s) must be completed no later than May 31st, but can take place anytime between when you register and that date. If you are doing a double event, you must do both races on the same day!
Registration for the event will end on May 15th.
What's Included with My Registration
Athletes will get a custom Carpe Diem/Carpe Noctem Medal for completing this challenge. One medal for day runs, one medal for night runs, and they connect if you do both!
