Sugar Drop 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

The Sugar Drop 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run will be an enjoyable race along the Greenville Greenway. The event is a fundraiser with ALL proceeds going to Camp Needles in the Pines, a summer camp for kids with Type 1 diabetes. The race expo will include bouncy houses, great food and fun event festivities along with vendors from the diabetes community.

All entrants must pick up race packets and tech shirts at registration the morning of the run between 8 AM and 8:30 AM.

Same day race registration available between 8 AM and 8:30 AM.

ENTRY FEES (non-refundable):
5K Run $25.00 pre-registration / $35.00 after March 15th

1 Mile Fun Run $15.00 registration / $20 after March 15th

*Race tech shirts only guaranteed if registered by March 15th.
*Race day registration and packet pick-up is from 8 AM to 8:30 AM

If the event has to be canceled due to inclement weather, refunds will not be given, but packets and tech shirts will be available for pickup at Down East Diabetology after April 3rd.

AWARDS:
5K Run – Top Male and Female finishers along with the top 3 male and female 5K age group finishers.

Age groups are as follows: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

1 Mile Fun Run finishers will receive a certificate.

DONATIONS:
We welcome all donations using the DONATE tab. Donation checks will also be accepted on April 1st. Tax deductible receipts will be provided to donors.
