Stomp the Stigma 5K

Maria Parham Franklin and the MPF Behavioral Health team are committed to raising awareness around mental health and coming together to support the needs of our community. As May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re here to Stomp the Stigma surrounding mental health and to normalize seeking help when needed. 

MPF’s Stomp the Stigma will be comprised of 3 events;  

• The 5K Run/Walk, starting at 8:30am, begins and ends at the hospital and goes through downtown Louisburg
• The 1-Mile Family Fun Run/Walk begins at 8:40am 
• The Kids Dash starts at 9:30am and takes place entirely on the grounds of the hospital 

Each participant receives a t-shirt and swag bag (must register by May 8th to be guaranteed t-shirt and swag bag)

Awards:

• Top 3 Overall Male and Top 3 Overall Female
• Timeless Trailblazer Award- Oldest Male and Female in the 5K

We'll also be giving out medals to the first 150 people who finish the race!
