One Step Beyond Open Water Clinic

Join OSB coaches Brianne & Marty Gaal and Daniel Scagnelli for a three hour open water swim training clinic on the beach in various locations around North Carolina. Our schedule for 2018:

April 14 or 15 (TBD) - Jordan Lake, NC - Seaforth Rec area - wetsuit recommended
May 19 - Jordan Lake, NC - Seaforth
July 07 - Harris Lake, NC 
August 11 - Jordan Lake, NC - Seaforth

Sep 22 - Jordan Lake, NC- Seaforth

Usual Itinerary (with an 8AM start):
800-845 - Lecture: Open Water Racing & Training
845-915 - Open Water starts, turns, finishes
915-945 - Open Water sighting, drafting, and dealing with crowds or anxiety
945-1015 - Swimming - under supervision
1015-1100 - Lecture: Swim training for triathlon
1100-1115 - Q&A, Clinic ends

Cost:
$90.00 with a copy of the Powerstroke: Speed through force and form DVD.
$70.00 without the DVD.

Current OSB athletes, return clinic/lesson attendees, and IOS Triathlon club members receive a discount. Maximum 18 athletes per clinic.

What is included: Your coaches, snacks and drinks, and a booklet of presented materials & select articles.

What is not included: hotel stay, car, transport, etcetera.

Full refunds minus a 10% processing fee are available until 1 week prior to the clinic. Your registration may be transferred to another person with no fee - please confirm the transfer with Coach Marty.
