Club Throwdown

We're looking forward to the first Club Throwdown race brought to you by TriLife and Fit & Able. You're invited to participate in a 5k, 10k, or 20k run through Umstead State Park. All runners will be chip timed. Participants can start their run any time between 9 - 9:30 AM but the course closes at 11:30 AM. Because this is a new event at the park it is capped at only 30 participants.  It is first come but we will have a wait list. 
 
The post race party will be located at BurgerFi at the Arboretum on N. Harrison!

Information

Race Location: William B. Umstead State Park - Reedy Creek Shelter #2 (N. Harrison Ave. entrance)

Course Information: The course is on the multi-use park trails. 10K 20K Showdown Map

Events: Youth, Juniors, Adults, Novices, and Families are welcome.  All participants will have official chip-recorded times with posted results.  All Fit & Able Productions, Inc. events are inclusion events: anyone of any age or skill-level can participate in any race course!

Packet Pick-up: All participants must show a photo ID in order to pick up their race packets.  All participants must pick up their own race packet and sign the USATF waiver.  Minors must be with a guardian to pick up their race packet.

• On August 13th & Race Day: $30

NOTE: NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, or EXCHANGES are available for any Fit & Able events.
