Description
Fun run and walk on Ravenscroft School's cross country course. Complete the 5k going under, through, and over obstacles--all with the encouragement of NC State ROTC! All proceeds and donations go toward three adopted platoons deployed in Afghanistan. Everyone of all ages is welcome!

About the Race Coordinator
This race is being put on by Serving Our Soldiers! SOS is a teen led non-profit that is working to get young adults in the triangle area more involved in giving back to the military. They hold events and fundraisers all year long: proceeds going to the USO, the US Veterans Core, and to three adopted platoons overseas. Thank you for your help in supporting our troops!
Who You Are Helping
Serving Our Soldiers has adopted three platoons stationed overseas in Afghanistan. Your registration and donations will help pay for monthly care package items and shipping costs that help bring a bit of home to our brave men and women fighting for our country. Your contribution will also go towards a new scholarship started this year that awards a veteran who wishes to go back to school with the financial help he or she needs in order to do just that!
