PHS Marching Band 5K and Fun Run
Person High School Marching Band is organizing a 5K run (3.10 Miles) and a Fun Run (1 Mile or less) literally "fun run".
Celebrate and come out to Huck Sansbury Park and support your local high school marching band.
We will have fun and you can see your student in action either running, walking, or playing their instrument while you run and/or walk!

5K Race (timed event) - 9:00 am
FUN EXTRAS
Trophy Presentation - 11:00am
Food Truck Rodeo - 9:30am - 1:00pm
LIVE MUSIC provided by TBD at the Food Truck Rodeo from 9:00am - 1:30pm!
REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK-UP
All participants must pick up their race packet prior to the 5K start time at 9:00am on Saturday, April 25th.

Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-up
Saturday, April 25th, beginning at 7:30am at The Picnic Shelter, 100 Main Street, Oxford.
Race day registrations will be done online with credit card payment only through the RunSignUp website.
There will be no cash payments accepted.
PRIZES/AWARDS
T-shirts - T-shirts are given to the first 100 participants registered for the 5K and FunRun who register before April 11th.
Pre-registered runners will receive size preferences before those who register the day of the event.
Trophies - Top male and female finishers overall in the 5K competitive runs will receive a trophy. Trophy presentation is at 11:00am.
Certificates - Top male and female finishers in each age group for the 5K competitive runs will be recognized and awarded a certificate during the trophy presentation at 11:15am.
Age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
Medals - An event medal is given to all finishers in the 5K & Fun Run races.
RULES & REGULATIONS
No skates, bicycles, roller blades or skateboards allowed on the race course without prior approval.
Baby joggers, running strollers and participants in wheelchairs are welcome.
Baby joggers and strollers will be asked to begin at the back of the race.
Pets are allowed in the race and they are welcome, but they MUST be on a leash and/or harness at the Food Truck Rodeo / Park.
