Mason Fannin was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia ALL on February 6, 2019 at the age of 6 years old. Mason is full of life and always has a smile on his face. He is a 1st grader at Southside Christian School in Clayton. He is also a Tiger Scout with Pack 124 in Clayton NC.
He loves science, reading, art, piano, camping, and fishing. He is the most loving big brother to little sister Emma and little brother William. Mason is just beginning his 3 year battle but he is a warrior and ready to fight!
When: Saturday June 22nd 2019 8am (Packet Pickup will be at 6:30am on site)
Where: Carolina Premium Outlets 1025 Outlet Center Drive Smithfield NC 27577
Cause: ALL Proceeds will go to the Mason Fannin Family as we help this 7 year old fight Leukemia ALL.
Cost: $30 Per person for the 5k this will include a T-Shirt if registered by April 13th and $35 Per person after the April 13th Deadline no t-shirt after the 13th registration.
T-Shirts will be available on site for sale $20 as well as wrist bands to support the cause.
Family One Miler will be $10 per person and this will not include a shirt. If registered for the 5k there will be no cost for the Family run for that member. They will need to pay for the child/children
