*5k run to support BackPack Pals, a program of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina and the National Guard*

The Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina’s mission is that “No one goes hungry in Central and Eastern North Carolina.” BackPack Pals program meets the nutritional needs of children at risk of hunger during weekends. Through the program, kids are given special backpacks filled with nutritious foods.
