Run for Your Life 5K

The Run For Your Life race is a fundraiser for the Edgecombe Cancer Support Foundation Inc. Our Mission is to financially assist residents of Edgecombe County actively being treated for cancer. ​Many people assume that the needs of cancer patients are being completely met; however, changing times and the rising cost of health insurance, treatment costs, and cost of living increases result in a great number of cancer patients who are financially in-need.

100% of the money raised is contributed to Cancer patients of Edgecombe County. The fund is administered by a group of volunteers dedicated to helping our friends and neighbors diagnosed with cancer. ECSF's long-term mission is to become a leading resource in raising awareness and to establish a self-perpetuating long-term fund that will assist those patients who are diagnosed with cancer in Edgecombe County.

KEY DATES: 

• Sponsor deadline: 10/12/2024

• T-shirt size guarantee: 10/12/2024 

• In Memory/Honor Sign purchase deadline: 10/14/2024

• ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED ON OCTOBER 25th, 2024, at 11:59 (Cost increases by $5 after online registration closes.)

  • Register in person on 10/25 or 10/26 at packet pick up site @TBC. ($5 cost increase)

• FRIDAY (10/25/24): 5-8 PM at Tarboro Brewing Company (526 N Main Street, Tarboro, NC)

• SATURDAY (10/26/24): 7:00-8:30 AM at Tarboro Brewing Company (526 N Main Street, Tarboro, NC)
