COVID Precautions: Participants in the Senior Games runs will NOT be required to wear masks while walking or running in the event. Participants should wear a mask pre and post event. Once the command “GO” is given the masks may be removed. Once the athlete gets their breath back after the run, we will ask that the masks go back on.
The Piedmont Plus Senior Games is committed to creating a healthy and safe environment for all participants, staff and spectators. We request that every participant consult his/her doctor in regard to preparation for, and competition in, Senior Games or any similar activity.
Per NCSG rules a participant’s age on December 31 of the current year determines the age category in which they will compete. Each participant must be prepared to provide proof of NC residency for a minimum of three consecutive months in the current year.
All activities will be held in a tobacco-free environment.
